This exercise is designed to do just that!
In our experience, couples who have been:
- Struggling in the bedroom Dealing with shame
- Are embarrassed
- Aren’t meeting at the same libido level
- Or just need a spark to take it to the next level
...just need just a "push" in the right direction to move past whatever has been "blocking" them.
Our goal with this exercise is to bring down the walls of
shame and embarrassment and get you talking about your wildest fantasies.
There are a lot of ways you can use the list below.
For example...
- Individually, you can rate each line on a 1-10 scale gauging your interest. And then compare each other’s answers.
- Or you can simply use the list as a conversation starter by asking each other, “What is one thing you’d like to try and why?”
